01vincent davies

founder · certified black belt in strike mechanics across muay thai, kickboxing and mma. a british coach who built his eye over more than a decade of training, fighting and teaching, in the uk, across south-east asia, and now in goa.

vincent's coaching is technical, quiet and deeply patient. he teaches striking like a language, the alphabet first, then the grammar, then the sentences. he will not let you skip the basics, and within a few weeks you will be glad of it. his eye is for small things: the angle of a lead foot, the line of a shoulder, where the breath goes when the round gets hard.

he runs the studio himself, takes every striking session, and personally handles every private. if you train here, you train with him.

preet leads the studio's yoga practice, iyengar, hatha and yin, built on precise alignment, long honest holds, and a breath that leads the movement. the counter-balance to the work happening on the striking floor.

she also runs the studio's acupuncture sessions, traditional needle therapy for recovery, pain relief and balancing the nervous system after hard training weeks. by appointment alongside your schedule.
