training

ten disciplines. one standard.

the curriculum is built around striking. everything else exists to support it , the strength to throw clean, the mobility to recover well, the breath to last, the calm to think under pressure.

classes are small and capped. you drill before you spar. nothing is loud, nothing is rushed, and every session is led from the front by the coach who built it. come for a single class or stay for a season, the standard is the same either way.

01

the art of eight limbs

muay thai

the foundational discipline of the studio. clinch, knees, elbows and the long kicks, taught with patience, drilled with intent. classes move from stance and footwork through pad rounds and into controlled sparring as the body is ready.

02

sharp, upright, classic

kickboxing

punches and kicks built on clean footwork and timing. for those who want to move well and hit harder. structured rounds, technical drills, and an emphasis on the small details, guard, angle, recovery, that separate good striking from forgettable striking.

03

the full game

mma

stand-up, takedowns, ground. learned in clean blocks, then layered into the full picture. the goal is a thinking fighter, someone who can read a round, change levels, and stay calm in transition, not a brawler.

04

private instruction

one to one coaching

private sessions with vincent. tailored to where you are, first wraps on, or sharpening fight rhythm. the fastest way to fix bad habits, build clean fundamentals, or prepare for a specific test. all privates are with vincent directly.

05

high-energy conditioning

circuit & hiit

structured circuit and hiit rounds every tuesday and thursday evening, 5:30 to 6:30pm. functional fitness for every level, strength, stamina and work capacity built honestly through clean movement and measured intensity.

06

shared discipline

group classes

small group sessions across muay thai, kickboxing and conditioning. one main group session each day, kept deliberately small. you get the energy of training with others and the attention of training alone.

07

the counter-balance · with preet kaur

yoga

iyengar, hatha and yin, led by preet kaur. an honest practice to undo the work the body has done in training. precise alignment, long holds, breath that leads the movement. mornings are slower and longer, evenings are quieter.

08

moving your own weight

calisthenics

bodyweight strength on rings, bars and the floor. control, levers, pulls, presses. a quiet kind of strength that translates directly into every other discipline on the timetable.

09

the long game

mobility & movement

joint prep, breath, slow movement. a quiet practice that keeps the rest of the training honest. thirty minutes here saves weeks of small injuries later, the work nobody sees but everyone benefits from.

10

by preet kaur

acupuncture

traditional needle therapy with preet kaur. recovery, pain relief, and a settling of the nervous system after hard training weeks. by appointment alongside your training schedule.

new students usually begin with one or two private sessions to set the basics , stance, guard, the first three or four shots, before stepping into the group classes. from there, progression is unhurried: foundations, then technical, then pad rounds, then light sparring when the body is ready. nobody is pushed faster than the craft allows.
