This website (vinniesgym.lovable.app) is operated by Vincent Davies, trading as vinnies gym, a sole proprietor based in Assagao, North Goa, India ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing this website, booking a session, attending training, or submitting a review, you agree to these Terms of Service and applicable Indian law. Minors under 18 may only attend with written consent from a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.

This website exists to describe our services, training disciplines, coaches, timetable, and location. You may use it to browse information, initiate a booking via WhatsApp, submit a review, or find our location.

You must not use this website to scrape or reproduce content without permission, submit false or defamatory reviews, attempt unauthorised access to site systems, transmit harmful code or spam, or impersonate the Studio or its coaches.

All bookings are made via WhatsApp directly with Vincent Davies. A booking is confirmed only when you receive an explicit confirmation from us. The website does not process payments or hold independent booking records.

Your first session is complimentary, available once per person at our sole discretion. Specific cancellation terms and session fees are communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse or end any session where a client poses a risk to themselves or others, or is in breach of the code of conduct.

Important, please read carefully.

Combat sports, martial arts, strength training, and fitness activities carry an inherent risk of physical injury, including sprains, fractures, concussion, and in rare cases serious injury or death. By attending the Studio you voluntarily accept these risks.

By participating in any class or session you confirm that you understand the physical demands and risks of the activity, you are physically capable of participating safely, you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions to the coach before training, and you accept personal responsibility for any injury sustained during training.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Vincent Davies and vinnies gym shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation in training activities, except where such injury results directly from gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of the coach.

You must inform the Studio prior to your first session of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations. Nothing on this website or communicated by our coaches constitutes medical or clinical advice. Always consult a qualified medical professional before beginning a new exercise programme.

Acupuncture sessions conducted by co-founder Preet Kaur are wellness-oriented and do not constitute regulated medical treatment under Indian law. Clients with specific medical concerns should consult a registered medical practitioner.

All clients must follow the instructions of the coach at all times, treat other clients, the coach, and the space with respect, not train under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicating substance, inform the coach immediately of any injury during a session, not film other clients without their explicit consent, and not engage in aggressive or threatening behaviour.

Breaches may result in immediate removal and permanent exclusion from the Studio, with no refund of prepaid fees.

All content on this website, including text, photographs, video, the vinnies gym name, logo, and brand assets, is the property of Vincent Davies / vinnies gym and is protected under the Copyright Act 1957 (India). You may not reproduce or commercially use any content without prior written permission.

This website links to WhatsApp and Instagram, both operated by Meta Platforms. These are independent services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We accept no responsibility for their content, data practices, or availability.

This website and its contents are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of information provided. The site is hosted on a third-party platform (Lovable) and its availability is subject to that platform's own terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in any matter arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.

By submitting a review you confirm it reflects your honest first-hand experience, you grant vinnies gym a licence to display it on the website and in promotional materials, and you confirm it contains no defamatory or unlawful material. We reserve the right to moderate or remove reviews at our discretion.
